COVID-19 has caused the world to experience unprecedented times. At Gospringo our primary focus is the safety of our customers and staff. We believe we can prevent the spread of COVID-19 by working together.
We have customers renting electric bikes from all parts of Sydney, therefore we kindly ask customers to get in-touch (email or live-chat) when they would like to come into the store. This will help us manage social distancing rules.
We’ll be strictly following the below measures for your safety:
- Social distancing of 1.5m
- A maximum of 7 people in our store at any time (including staff)
- We will not be accepting cash for the bond due to sanitisation reasons
- We have alcohol-based hand sanitisers available in-store for use when entering
- All surfaces (e-bike, helmet, delivery bag, phone holder and locks) are disinfected regularly by the Gospringo team
